As a staff graphic designer for the Texas House of Representatives, I updated the design of the House Guide Directory, which had not seen a facelift for decades. The Texas Capitol is one of the most gorgeous buildings I've ever seen, and drew inspiration from window etchings, stair carvings and even door hinges to create this piece. I then applied this look to the House website. (I'm showing the cover version I liked best). |
